The ECO BREAD Journey

Eco Bread started in 2014 when Marta and Yaneck began baking sourdough and rye bread at home because they missed the flavours they grew up with in Poland. What began as small batches for family and friends quickly grew into a local micro bakery supplying stores across Perth.

Today, we still bake in small batches using traditional methods, and we also support our sister business — Polish Jar Restaurant — where you can enjoy authentic Polish dishes and handmade pierogi.
